Dear All,

i had trouble with SIP Trunk Integration to SIP Provider, because the SIP Provider format is sip address@domain but SV 9100 format is sip address@IP
can I change format SV 9100 sip address@IP to sip Address@domain ??

Thanks, please help

Look at MB's 10-28 and 10-29. After making changes, disconnect then reconnect to the system. A reset may also be necessary.

Thanks, success for change @domain.name
But SV 9100 can support send +(area code) ?
From wireshark capture still "Invalid User

Who is the SIP trunk provider? Is it one that was engineered for use by NEC?

Might I suggest you investigate MB 84-39 This area was set up to specifically modify the SIP header to allow customization for different providers. These areas can not be changed manually, you have to write a script and run it to change them and it is quite involved working out which to change which is why I suggest you research it rather than try to tell you a solution.
