SV-8300 all calls forwarded to voice mail

I have a user on an SV-8300, all calls are going to voice mail.
I removed all forwarding, all call still forward to voice mail.
Any suggestions?
 
Make sure the phone is not in DND. Then make sure CMD's E600/1/2/3/4 are all blank.
 
Thanks, it seems that due to COVID-19 fears, the user was sanitizing her phone and activated DND (*8).
 
Need more info.
Are people dialing direct or via attendant?
If via attendant, make sure the extension field is populated in some voicemails and in others DND is not activated via the voicemail box.
