SV 8100 DN range 800 having problem

Hi all,

I installed SV 8100 with PRI connection, total 15 IP extensions. I change all 15 DNs in to 800 series. Now the problem is when I try to use feature codes I can not use that because it's in same range. How to change this codes. Kindly help me.
Second things is need to program 8 ACD agents also. Kindly guide me.

hi,
you have to change feature codes , you have to decide which codes you are going to use may be use * as feature code and make it 4 digit :
11-01-01 : 1st dial digit chose - *, make it service code and chose 4 digit.
change all service codes in 11-10,11-11,11-12 from 818 to *818 .
