Hello,

I am new in Linux . How do I do a online Update?
I did on the SUSE Website open a account for me Loginname and password. I inserted name and password when I like to do a onlineupdate.
But i get an error and therefore no connection to the updateserver.
How does this work?????

I don't know what ELS is. Do you mean "OES"? Do you have a support agreement with Suse for updates? As I recall, only the professional and personal editions get free updates. The enterprise version(s) require a subscription.

If you have a subscription and still can't log in, call Suse. You're paying for support; this is a good time to use it.
