SUS on same server as SMS 2003 stops SMS reports

I have put SUS on a test server that has SMS 2003 installed on it whick will be the production setup and now the Reports in SMS give page can't be displayed. It seems that the SUS website has taken over as the default one. Has anyone else had and this and if so, how can I fix it?
Any tips on having them both on the same system is appreciated.

are you talking about SMS 2003 with SUS installed:

Or are you talking about adding this on your SMS server:

I want the second one. I want to use SUS on the same server as SMS 2003 so that our clients can use the automatic updates for software updates. I'm not talking about the SUS that is built in to SMS 2003.

Yes...then it does seem that your web sites would conflict. I don't know how to resolve your problem...maybe someone else does.

Generally, if you have SMS, you would use the SMS SUS and not the stand alone version. SMS SUS is a broader product that allow more control and gives better reporting of your patch status.
