SUS not updating

Hello,

I have installed SUS SP1 on Windows 2000 server SP4.
It seems working... i looked at windows update.log at one of the cleints, and it seems contacting the server.
however, i am running MBSA to check for seurity risks, and on the client it says it doesnt have all updates install. in the susadmin i have approved 99% of the updates... how can it be it wont update them???

also, theres the file in inetpub\wutrack.bin, which was modified 1.5 year ago... doesnt it need to be updated continouasly?

Did you modify the Group Policy to force installation?

its on Auto Install and Scheduele Install

Make sure your configure automatic updating is set to 3 or 4
