Survey with sub-surveys

Hi can anyone help? I work in a school where we have just adopted sharepoint and I am trying to keep up with user requests!

I need to produce a survey type document, which will allow students to branch to a question a number of times i.e. which university have you applied to ....and following questions about that university then they may want to select this question more than once, e.g. one for each uni appled for, but the answers need to be retained.

I can't see how to do this, I have had a look at custom lists but am now even more confused! Any advice welcomed.

Hi Cath,

If I am correct there is an option to allow for multiple responses to a survey per user. If the user has multiple universities you can ask them to take it up again?

Known is handfull, Unknown is worldfull
