I am currently using CR XI and I am creating a report that is excluding past pricing. We have a start and stop date per item per client. I surpressed the past data with

not (isnull ({AUTO.STOPDATE}))
or {AUTO.STOPDATE} >= currentdate
and {AUTO.PRORATE}<> "Y"

This surpressing the old pricing but my totals at the bottom still include all of the old pricing.

How do I exclude it from my totals?

Why don't you exclude them right at the report level,I mean in the selection criteria itself.

The other way is use a running total evaluating based on the formula.

I'll try the running total first then the selection criteria.
