I'm developing a predictive dialing application and am initiation outbound calls through CCT. After the call is placed I am monitoring call progress until I see that the call is answered. I then perform a fast transfer of the call to an ACD group extension. Problem is the answering party hears a single ring tone following the transfer and before an ACD extension answers the call. Anyone know of a way to eliminate hearing this ring tone.
