Supressing Report Header

I'm using CR2008 and have a report where I need to be able to view the Report Header but not physically print it out.

How can I do this?

If CR 2008 is like earlier editions, then you would have to use a parameter {?Print} with yes or no options, and then conditionally suppress the report header based on the parameter selection.
