I am using Crystal Reports 11 Release 2

I want to suppress my group 2 footer when the subreport that is in that seciton gets suppressed. What should my formula look like and where should I put it? Thanks!

Right click on the subreport and select "Suppress Blank Subreport" . then Select the section with the subreport and select "Supress Blank Section".

Not available in older versions, but I think that option for the subreport is available in CR 11.

Just an FYI for others reading this post:

The "Suppress Blank Subreport" check-box is also available in Crystal Reports 10, but I do not see it in Crystal Report 8.5 (in the same location anyways).

Cheers! [smile]
