Yes
1. In the Gantt chart view - point to the white space in the Gantt chart (NOT on a bar) and double click.
This will bring up the Bar Styles dialog box. (If it just says "Format Bar" - you clicked on a bar and the steps below will only affect one bar - close the dialog box & try again)
2. Select the Task Bar, and then the Text tab in the bottom half of the box.
3. If the Resource codes are printing to the right of the bar, the field that is triggering that will be displayed in the "Right" section. Delete the code.
4. Click OK. - Done!
By the way - you can use the drop down arrows to the right in any of those options (Left, Right, Top, etc) to chose any other field to display on the Gantt chart.
I sometimes put the Start date on the Left and Finish on the Right.
