Hello,

I am trying to find a way to suppress a row in a cross tab report based on the value of the first column.

Ex

ID # Year 1 Year 2 Year 3
ID 1 1 1 0
ID 2 0 1 1
ID 3 1 0 0
ID 500 1 0 0

The year columns named groups for three combined periods and the summary is the distinct count of the ID field when the value of a third field is greater than 0.

In the above example I would like to suppress the ID 2 row.

It would help if you provided the actual column field, row field and the content of the formula you are summarizing (because distinct counts of conditional formulas only work by writing them a certain way). It is unclear why you want ID2 suppressed--whether you always want to suppress this row versus if it meets some condition. Here it looks like you might want to suppress it when Year1 = 0, but I'm not sure.

Sorry. i did not explain it, you are correct. I do want to suppress the data if Year 1 = zero. Years 2 and 3 are inconsequential if the first year is zero.

The row is basically akin to a SSN

The column is a group of periods from a year grouped by years.

The summary is the distinct count of the IDs for for each period in the year. So if they were active in any period of the year they are shown as a 1 for the year and 0 if they weren't.

I was looking for the actual {table.field} names and the content of the formula for a reason. Please supply these.
