Suppressing empty address lines.

Let me say first I am very very new to Crystal Reports, also I am using Crystal Reports 8.5.

I am running a report that will bring back in essence a possible 15 line address set. Now at any given point in time there could be up to 8 of these lines empty possibly more. The report looks very unprofessional like this and as it works and people are happy with it I am not. I would like a way if the field for line five is empty everything moves up one.

I have seen some stuff on the web about formulas but I am pulling this from access and just put the fields in I am not sure what to do at this point anyone have any ideas?

Insert additional detail sections, and put each "line" in a separate detail section (_a, _b, _c, etc.). Then go to the section expert->detail_a, detail_b, etc.->check "suppress blank section".

Will this work even though I want to copy these down. when done the report has 6 address blocks I want to make sure this works, Also some of the data I need to do this to is in the page header.

Also is there a way to limit how many record sets go into the detals section before starting the next page. I have six address blocks either filled or populated with vacant and when i do this to get rid of empty sections If i hapen to have 2 empty in one row it adds a fourth row to make address block 7 and 8 at the end which should be on the next page which throws all other off.
