Suppressing Duplicate Data

I am using Crystal XI.

The Zip code data base (drawing from Oracle) has multiple cities linked to the same Zip Code.

When trying to pull records, a duplicate record is displayed for every City associated with each Zip Code.

E.G. for Zip 44139, a record for Cleveland and Solon show up, for the same person. How do I suppress the duplicate records?

Hi, If the cities are different, it is not a duplicate.

Are you linking to/from that table to some other one?

The vendor told me where I needed to link the tables.

So, it's fixed now.
