Suppressing Details section

Hello

I have a report which returns a number of 'Updates' in the details section of the report. I would like to restrict the number of details that is displayed so only the latest 'UPDATE' is displayed.

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated

Sort your report so that the latest update is at the bottom. Then place the fields you want to see in the report or group footer (if your report is grouped), and hid the details section.

Or you could go to report->selection formula->GROUP and enter:

{table.update} = maximum({table.update},{table.groupfield})
