Im trying to create a merged data report. Im accessing 2 tables of our database. I want to check the current data against the history data for each feild in those tables. If the data is the same I dont want it to show on the report. I only want the data that has changed along with the feild name to show on the report. How do I suppress this data? [sig][/sig]

If you are reporting on basiscally the same fields and need the same type of grouping.
Then just make multiple groups/subgroups sections. If you have a STATUS field that
distinguishes the updated full record set from the history set. You can conditional suppress the grouping based on the status. Another way is to do a conditional suppress based on each field, but that may be sloppy and leave gaps in the look of the report. Let me know if this helps ! [sig][/sig]
