I have a customer with a 3300 and the phones are all ending their DID on outgoing calls. Is there a way that I can suppress sending the CPN on a per call basis?

Yes, Call by call is available but you need to be fairly familiar with ARS.

Yes, Each user can be permanently set to send a specific number

Yes, all users can be set to send a default number.

All of the above.

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

we have used a different access code method
0+number = normal external call with cli
*0+number = external call prefixed with cli block code

- basically duplicate ars with 2 sets of routes , one set has strip 1( remove access code)
- Other set of routes has strip 1 add 1831 ( for australia this blocks cli)

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
