Hi All,

I am using CR10.

I suppress a detail in section expert --> suppress --> using a formula. But now I am creating a sum on this field where I need to exclude this suppressed field. I could not use the same ( reversed )formula in running total's evaluate section...

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Sangi

You will have to show us the content of the formula you used to suppress.

Please do as Lbass asked and the other way i can think of is suppressing indivudual fields with the formula

Field->format field->Suppress(x+2)

Is there a reason you are suppressing the records instead of using a record selection formula to exclude the record(s) from the report entirely?

"What version of URGENT!!! are you using?

Never mind.

I had to add one more condition (not onlastrecord )with reversed formula condition....

Thanks for your time.
