Hi:

I'm using Crystal Reports X with Visual Studio 2005 and am programming in C#.

I have these records:
04/06/2006 NA 88 PASSED
04/06/2006 ST 79 PASSED
04/06/2006 NA 88 ST 79

Since the first and second records are also in the third record (most of the information), I only want to show the first and second rows to show in the report.

Any ideas??

What are the names of the fields we are seeing in the order of the columns? Why does the last one seem to show a result in the last (one or two) column that looks more like the middle column(s)?

How would you phrase what you want to do in a more specific way, i.e., define "most".

Sorry about not providing the field names; they are:

Date History
04/06/2006 NA 88 PASSED
04/06/2006 ST 79 PASSED
04/06/2006 NA 88 ST 79

The history field is actually combining information from a couple of tables. The first two records are from an exam table which shows the 2-letter exam description (NA/ST), followed by the score, and then whether the exam was passed/failed/no show. The third record is from another table which combines the records into a field with the same information; however, the passed/failed/no show is not listed.

Since the third record is essentially a duplicate of the other records, I don't want to show it in my report.

How can the values of the history column be coming from different tables? Are you using a formula? If so please post it.
