First off I want to thank everyone in this group. I have learned so much just by reading the posts. This is one that I have not found yet.

The fields could be Yes or No. I do not want to see the ones where both are No.

I have tried
{Incident.Follow Up} = "YES" or
({Incident.Follow Up} = "NO" and {Incident.Customer Followup} = "YES"})

But that does not show the ones with
Follow Up is NO and Customer Followup is YES

It does show where they are both YES and Followup is Yes and Customer is No.

I'm not sure where to go with this at this point.

Thanks in advance
Doug

I figured it out. It is case sensitive.
