Suppress group header on new page

I am developing a report in CR8 where I have a multiple section group header.
Example
GroupHeader A: Sales Order 12345
GroupHeader B: Item Qty Price

I would like to suppress the groupheader B unless it is the first group displayed on a new page.

I have selected the 'Keep group together' option so groups won't be split across multiple pages. The groups will vary in size as will the number of groups per page.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance for the help.

Try putting the fields in the page header section instead of group header B.
