Suppress Group Header Formula 1

How do I suppress a group header on the first occurrence of the page only?

Create a group counter. Incriment at each group. In design go to format section for that group and place the formula in suppress no drill down that will disallow the printing if the counter is greater than one. Reset the counter on each new page.

There are easier methods than counters to find where you are within a group. Thus

if Inrepeatedgroupheader then
  "Continued"
else " "

I use this to show when a group header is being repeated and the group began on an earlier page.
