Suppress field when exporting

I want to be able to suppress a field when exporting, I am using CE as a container for the report.

The only way I can think of is to have a parameter in the report. When scheduling for export, set the parameter then suppress the fields as necessary. Andrew Baines

Im not exporting it from the CE as such I, it the user that exports it if they feel like it.

So does that mean there is no "on export" event in crystal reports that can be used?
