Suppress columns heads when PAGE-NUM OFF

Hi!

I turned page numbering off with PAGE-NUM OFF. What remains is that the page numbers are not shown but the columns titles are shown whenever there is a page-break. I tried turning off page breaking with PAGE-NUM NOPAGE but the result is the same - still the column titles are shown.

Does anybody know how to suppress page breaking so that I don't have a repetition of column titles?

Of course it depends on how you want the output to be used.;
