hello, all;

i have a number field that occasionally has nothing in it. it just returns a blank - no zero - just blank.

how can i suppress this occurance & not have it figure in the summary.

Pretty vague.

Try Report->Selection Formula->Record and place the criteria there:

(
not(isnull({table.field}))
or
{table.field} <> 0
)
