Are you talking about logging into a Hunt Group? If so - is the extention in question a "member" of the Hunt Group? What is the software version on your processor? The newer versions allow multiple group login/logout. What kind of Hunt Group (Hunt Type/Group Type)?

You need to have your AGENTS and the Calling Group appearing on your phone to use the Supervisor features efficiently (or at all for some) as well...
Once a Supv gets a hand on what they can do with it, they Love it.
It's Nice to see when them agents are being Lazy and not logged in..! On a Magix use a 4424D or 4424LD phone, and on a Legend use an MLX-20 or an MLX 28 if you have several agents or Que's you want to monitor at a time.

Actually, it is best to ALWAYS use LEGEND MLX-20 Phones and a DSS or 2) 'cause the TDL Sets and DSS only have 1 color LED, where as, the MLX's have dual colors.
