We removed the CHAT button from the agent interface, because we feared that they would abuse it.
However, we have now found that our Supervisors are using it for general chatting and stopping people from working.
So we need to disable this feature. I've googled but I can't find anything that mentions the supervisor.
Anybody know of a way to do this??
