Hello all:
we are building a call center using CT Connect 6.0 to connect to a Nortel PBX CS 1000E...and we can use 3905 Phone's AAG Key to Observe(Listen) other agent's ACD call...but we also want to do Observing (Listening) using
only softphone...and From CT Connect's mannul,we know
that Nortel PBX does not support singlestepconference(the function can be used to Observe Agent in Avaya or Alcatel OXE enviroment)...so can anybody teach us how to Observe
using softphone?
