Hello all,
I have an annoying little inconsistent problem that I'm having a hard time pinpointing, just wondering if anyone has run in to the same or a similar situation.
I have three Superset 700 consoles in-use by our receptionists connected to an SX-2000. I'm running in to a problem where 911 calls are placed and the Emergency Call tone starts sounding at the consoles. Each of the three consoles does a "S6" to clear the alarm. The "Clear" option disappears from the screen but the tone continues. In some cases a 10 to 15 minutes later I'll notice the option has reappeared on one of the consoles I'll do the same action and the tone will go away. Other times if I reset one of the consoles when ever it comes back to life I can then do the "S6" clear and the tone will finally go away.
I can't determine why these are getting stuck in the consoles. Is there something I'm missing? Is there some sort of buffer that can be cleared in this situation? Has anyone seen this behavior before?
Thanks for your help in advance!
