Superadvisor locks up

Has anyone come across the problem that when you run SuperAdvisor it locks up when reaching device lists? Have you found out a solution to this?

What ports have you configured under Your Site?
5024 and you are running a pre release 4.5?
Change the IP port that the system uses to connect to 5400. Don't change the port that is already specified under SuperAdvisor, port 5024.

Thanks for your reply.We are using version 4.5.0.194. Where do I set the system to use IP port 5400?
