Sup2 not responding

I have heard that there is a way to connect to sup2 from sup1, can somebody help me out on the syntax.
Sup2 is in "other" status and I am unable to access the mod via console session. I am also unable to take down this switch in order to bring up sup2 since we cannot afford any downtime. The mod has been replaced and we are experiencing the same issue. I would like to take a look at the config. No we don't have a lab, any help is appreciated.

Hey, thanks for asking but I figured out that the command is not supported on the IOS of my switch.
