I have a form called MAIN. There is sub form called SUB with Fields QTY and PRICE with a another field called TOTAL that is adding them up.

On my main form I want to sum up all the all the TOTAL of all the line in my Sub form. I have tried 5 different ways of doing it and they all give me the #Error.

Help Me please.

Thank you.

In the footer section of the subform create a textbox named, say, txtTotall with control source set to:
=Sum([QTY] * [PRICE])

In the main form you may now create a textbox with control source:
=Nz(Me![SUB].Form![txtTotall], 0)

Hope This Helps, PH.
