You might try restarting PRP in lim14 to force it.
RFPUI:LIM=14,UNIT=PRP;
The signalling works like this :
Clock/date update is sendt in intervals lim by lim ,
the reason is to not overload the system with interlim signalling.
What im saying is that the moment you send CATII
there is not an immediate update on all DTS phones .
I't might take a while .
