Summary Info not exporting to excel....

Ok..

I have this nice report. I have made all the details invisible, since I only care about the totals. I have it looking correct in access, but when I export to excel i get a blank sheet.

Why? Does access not export totals?

I know I can go and make the query with totals first then base the report on the query. But would rather not as this appears perfect except the export..

Is it that your reports add the totals at the time the report is ran. Most of the time you don't save the total to a database and you do the calculation at run time only. if this is the case you will have to save the totals to a temp table or some thing first then export.
