Summaries in page footers: Impromptu 6 1

Is it possible to include summaries in page footers in Impromptu 6?

My financial controller uses paper reports and requires a summary to appear at the end of each page. There are about 350 lines on the report and about 35 lines per page. Each line is itself a summary of more detailed data. The lines are sorted in decending order.

Any advice would be greatfully recieved.

Yes, you can include summaries in page footers and headers.

After you create the summary field, select Insert-->Data then click anywhere in the footer. Mark for Insertion the summary field.

Or you can just drag and drop a field from the list frame into the footer.
