Hi All,

I am trying to get a SUMIF formula to work in as a pivot table calculated field on the right side of the units working column, but it does not seem to be working correctly:

Pivot Table
Territory Units Count Units Working
-------------------------------------------
Central 5 4
North 8 6
West 2 0

The data I am using looks like
Unit# Unit Count Time Owner Type Units Working
5 1 Company 0
6 .5 Tues Leased .5
6 .5 Weds Owner .5
7 1 Thurs Owner 1

The Unit Count column is summed in the pivot table to ensure unique unit #'s. The Units Working is summed in the pivot table to show unique working units. The Units Working column uses a formula to check if the combination of unit# and time are unique, a time must also exist.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Tony

Hi All,

Sorry the SUMIF I am trying to get to work would Count units that only have an owner type of Company.

ie. SUMIF('Owner Type',"Company",'Units Count')
