Sumarizing Forumla's

Hello,

I am trying to write a sales report and when attempting to sumarrize forumulas, crystal 9 errors stating you can not summarize forumulas. Is there any quick workaround?

You cannot insert summaries on formulas containing summaries or using next/previous functions, but there is no rule that you cannot summarize formulas. If you provide the content of the formulas (including the content of any nested formulas), someone can help you determine how to summarize. You should probably describe your overall report design, too--groups, etc.

It doesn't state that you cannot summarize formulas, if you make up error messages you won't get very good responses.

As LB states there are some formulas that you cannot summarize.

Try posting valid, accurate information and describe requirements, otherwise you're just wasting everyone's time.
