Sum If difference 1

Easy questions that is driving me mad.

In excel I have two fields, a and b

I want to see the difference from a in b if negatage 0.

Example a = 30 always the diff over 5 so b = 15
Example a = 3 always the diff over 5 so b = 0

I have two cells. one with hours for the week. in my second cell if the hours are over 5 I need the difference. If they are not I need 0.

I'm sure it's simple but it's driving me mad.

I don't see how my solution relates to your original example...
