Does anyone have a recommendation on one or more good books on Requirements Gathering?

I can't recommend a specific book, but Google "Use Case Modeling." Best thing I've seen for really driving out business requirements (which can then be translated into technical requirements).

Then google the phrase "common errors in requirements analysis."
