Suggestions for a program

Looking for a program that can search thru RPT files for a string of characters. For example lets say I'm looking for all the reports that have a formula that contains the string "if area =" The tool will read thru all the reports that are in a directory and produce a list of reports that contain the string.

I think .rpt inspector will do this but looking for other packages.
