Hi

I have downloaded sudo file for installing on Tru64 5.0 the
file is
sudo-1.6.3p7-alpha+DUNIX4.0.tar.gz.I have unzipped and untarred
it.I'm bit confused on how to configure it coz i don't see any
configure script and there are no specific instructions in README
or INSTALL files. Can i get any precompiled sudo file from
net. Please guide me on how to configure this...

Your help will be highly appericated.

Is there a directory called instctl in the tar file?
If it exist then you should use the Tru64 package installer.

Change into the directory containing the instctrl directory and run "setld -l ."
The installer is menu based and will guide you through selecting subsets of the software and do the install for you!
