All clients connect through ISA Server 2004. We have an external webserver which I need to connect to. I connect with the webbrowser through port 2222 with the http protocol, like host.domain.tld:2222

As from yesterday I can't connect to the server anymore like this. I do can connect with ssh, I can browse all the websites on it. From other places outside the building, connecting is fine. And we also have another webserver at the same location, but with a different IP-address. Connecting through port 2222 on that one works fine.

Another problem occured at the same time with ftp connection to the webserver. I had to change the connection mode from passive to active, otherwise I couldn't see the directory listing.

The hosting provider didn't change a thing. We didn't change a thing. Because these problems only occure from this building, I believe something happened in the Firewall settings (like a blacklist or something?).

Can anyone make something of my story and help me out? I'm a newbie on ISA. The server was installed by a former colleague.

Well, I did restart the router. And the problem is solved! But it is strange that only one IP address was affected. Thanks for all the help.
