FIRST TIME USING THIS SITE, I RECENTLY UPGRADED A OPT 11C
TO SUCC 3.0 FROM 25.4 EVERYTHING SEEMED TO WORK FINE EXCEPT FOR A INTERMITTENT TROUBLE WITH MERMAIL 13 AND THE CUSTOMERS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.WHEN THE MAID SERVICE
CLEANS THE ROOM SHE LIFTS THE RECEIVER OFF HOOK THEN CLEANS ROOM AND WHEN THEY ARE DONE HANGS UP THE PHONE TO SIGNAL TO THE PMS THAT THE ROOM IS CLEAN .THIS SHOULD UPDATE PMS ROOM STATUS, IT'S WORKING EXCEPT FOR 2 OR 3
ROOMS A DAY AND NOT ALWAYS THE SAME ROOMS.I HAVE MONITERED
THE LINK IN MERMAIL AND LOOKS LIKE THE PMS WILL NOT SEND BACK A "ACK" BACK TO THE MAIL ON THESE OCCASION WHEN THE PMS IS NOT UPDATED PROPERLY.THE PMS SYSTEM IS FOR A DAYS INN USING BRILLANT SOFTWARE.WEIRD ONE!
