Success in Consulting with COBOL in the Washington DC area

I'm trying to get a handle on what type of COBOL consulting opportunities are in the Washington DC area. Outside of hitting the pavement I'd appreciate advice in everyone’s experience area.

I'm experienced in Unysis COBOL 10 plus years (20 plus in IT), lots of architecture and management experience as well. I don't want to list my resume seems not the place for it.
