Hey!
I am trying to take the subtotals I have for
these columns and find what percentage column 2 is of column 1. I cannot add either of the subtotals into the forumla. I keep getting "Cannot find field" when I test the formula.

column1 column2 column 3

When you are in the formula editor look for the formulas there that have the sigma symbol (greek looking E), which will be towards the bottom of the report fields list, those are your subtotals.

When you insert your subtotals to create the percentage formula you will end up with something that looks like this:

Sum(Table.Field,Table.Groupfield) /
Sum(Table.Other_Field,Table.Groupfield)* 100

or if there are no groups on your report or you also want the grand total percentage

Sum(Table.Field) /
Sum(Table.Other_Field)* 100

Hope that helps,
