Substitute Void/Clear key with SIM/Macro?

Is it possible to substitute instead of touching clear/void; touch a macro or isl that has the same function?

It's for a macro, instead of having to manually touch cancel.

You can add a cancel keystroke in a Macro. Just select Function Number-Cancel. Can you tell me a typical transaction you are envisioning using this in.

It's used when changing a tender media from cash to membership, like when a customer changes their mind, but what about the void key?

There is also one for void available in Macros. Function Number - Void

I checked, there isn't one for void.

I cannot believe it was there, I have checked that list several times. When the drop down box is open, type void, it will take you to "Void Closed Check" not "Void" itself.
