Does anyone use subscriber manager or now system manager? Can you scedule changes like TM?

Also does anyone have Unimax and how does it compare? Thanks!

You don't need Subscriber Manager or System Manager to make changes to phones. You can do it right from Element Manager. Subscriber Manager is not now System manager. Subscriber Manager is a function of UCM. You can have Subscriber Manager without having System Manager. And as far as I know, there is no way to schedule changes. It will look to see if courtesy change is enabled and if it is and the phone is busy it will not transmit.

Never heard of Unimax. Element Manager is free so that is what I would use.

I need the ability to scedule changes so that is why element manager doesn't work for us.

Subscriber Manager isn't any different than the PHONE piece in Element Manager. Subscriber Manager is basically for multiple sites, that's the only difference near as I can tell.
