subroutine errors 2

Dear All
i found a subroutine in the google search for fitting nonliear data, but it seems the subroutine haa a lot of synatix errors, im not a proffessional in fortran
first: any one can help me to solve this errors ,
second: how any one help me to connect this subroutine to a program in order to make an .exe file

Somehow the same as in your other thread titled subroutine error.

This clearly is a fixed format code (you can recognise this by the C to start commentlines) but is not in fixed format format, cause the statements must not start before column 7, column 6 would be to indicate that this line is a prolongation of the one before, but these rules is violated by this file. Statement labels seem tp be present here (but in the wrong position). Same advice as in your other thread from me here.
