Subreports don't refresh unless I revisit the page on my workstation

Environment:
Servers:
Crystal Reports 10;
SQL Server 2000 SP3
Workstations :
Windows XP Pro SP2
IE7
Crystal ActiveX Report Viewer

I have a report containing 4 linked subreports. I don't have any problem with 2 subreports, they're showing fine no matter on what workstation. But the other 2 subreports are giving me a lot of troubles - that means that on a workstation everything is just fine, but on the other one (mine...) the subreports won't show up unless I go to the next page and I return back on the initial page (so when I revisit a page the subreports on that page are showing fine, but first time when I "visit" that page I get nothing of those 2 subreports even if I stay 10 minutes on it.)

The fact that on my co-worker workstation everything is just fine makes me think that is something wrong with my workstation configuration, but I really have no idea what could be (I removed the entire IE7 cache, I reboot and the same thing happens.

Please help me, it will be greatly appreciated

Notes: In Crystal Reports 10 (I mean in the developer) everything works fine. And it's not a performance problem (on the other workstation everything is fine & fast). Even on the workstation having problems if I hit "next page" and then previous page everything moves pretty fast.
The reports is viewed through a PHP application that is calling an ASP page that is using ActiveX report viewer to view the report, vs.net is not involved at all.

I'm not sure this is going to work, but try to add a "Page N of M" (one of the "Special Fields" provided by Crystal) to the page footer. This would force Crystal to format the whole report even if you don't scroll to the next page.

- Ido

view, e-mail, export, burst, distribute, and schedule Crystal Reports.

nope, it's not working. But I have found out why it was working on the other ws.- Because it had CR 10 locally installed on it - after uninstalling and waiting for IE7 to install the regular "Crystal ActiveX report viewer 10.0" it's not working fine on the other workstation anymore.

So I'm still in need for a solution - this is not feasible - we can't ask our customers to install CR 10 on their workstations ...:-(
